20:51 10 Sep 24I know people have lots of opinions but so far Reedy has been great with us. No one has ever been rude or overstepped. I do have to give a compliment to Kelly in the sales department. She went above and beyond to help answer my questions and to make sure I was good. I’ve been with Reedy for going on four years and have always been happy. They could have raised my rent much higher by now but they haven’t so I’m a happy tenant.

She checked in with me through the process, answered any questions, and made sure to explain everything thoroughly. If the tenant experience is anything close to the application and leasing process, then I feel good knowing how responsive and helpful the staff is.
05:46 29 Aug 24 15:17 23 Aug 24 22:56 21 Aug 24If you’re here because they just took your property over from Lubin, congratulations on the nightmare ending.I’ve been helped so far by Canyon and Ms. Ada, they are super friendly, kind, good humans. It’s night and day from Lubin. Reedy & Co has been super proactive and communicative about the take over. I was out of town and kind of freaking out, but Canyon talked me down and assured me we could take care of everything when I got back. I went in on a busy Saturday, and even though they were helping like 10 other people at the same time I felt like I was given the red carpet treatment. They were busy, but organized, nothing felt chaotic. Just 10/10 on the customer service side, very much a welcome relief from the tragic way Lubin mismanaged. I didn’t even know property management companies could act like humans, much less super nice ones before I met those two. Truly gems.

She took the time to make sure I understood every process involved. I have been able to reach out to her with concerns numerous times and I am never disappointed in the timely response she gives. She keeps the area clean, quiet and respectful as well as encouraging residents to be part of the solution to make our living community better for everyone who reside here. I have found also that repairs are done in a timely manner which counts for a lot when one is paying rent in the a timely manner as well. Mr. Charles is #1 always on point with all of us here at Sherwood Flats for being the one who get things done.
